Spirit guide meditation
Hi all. I'm new here and learning my way around.
I did the spirit guide meditation but all I got to was the garden and a bunny came up to me. I never saw anything after that.
Seeing the bunny is probably the first time I've ever visualized anything.
I've always liked the idea of visualization but haven't been successful at it. I've done countless meditations over my lifetime. I'm in my 60s, btw.
Not sure what to do.
