I walk between worlds with one hand on the pulse of the Earth and the other reaching into the mystery. My work is rooted in ancestral wisdom, shadow alchemy, and the belief that healing isn’t linear—it’s cyclical, deep, and often wild.

For over a decade, I’ve supported others through the threshold moments of life: when clarity is needed, when the path is uncertain, when the soul is whispering (or screaming) for more. Whether through intuitive readings, spiritual mentorship, or written word, I offer guidance that doesn’t bypass the shadow—it honors it. My style is warm but direct, mystical but grounded. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to help you remember who you are.

My work is especially shaped by my connection to witchcraft, rune wisdom, and the powerful, overlooked feminine lineages of magic and myth. I’m currently writing Runes and the Witch-Goddess, a book that re-centers Freya’s role in the Elder Futhark and reclaims the runes as tools of Seiðr, soul-knowing, and transformation.

I’ve also co-created the Hex & Heal podcast, where we explore the places where witchcraft meets science, spirit meets therapy, and myth meets modernity.
